ABC ready to cancel ugly betty!!!

Kicking off another work week, America Ferrera was spotted on the set of her hit show “Ugly Betty” in Lower Manhattan today (October 26).

The “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” actress looked a bit chilly as she filmed scenes while bundled up in some warm winter garb.

And though “Ugly Betty” has long been a fan favorite, it seems that ABC may be getting ready to give the show the proverbial boot.

Due to some rough ratings and a less-than-desirable Friday night time slot, insiders are speculating that Betty and the gang may be having their last go-around.

I don't think so. We passed all last year with same rumors, but in the end we have a early pick-up. Of course ratings have to be a little better, but I don't see the cancellations sure as everyone claims today.

i am still worried though Luana. though ABC's treatment of this season has been terrible- moving the release date 2 weeks after the initial date it was supposed to come out. the ratings isn't just the only thing we should worry about, but the number of fans tuning in from the U.S. are getting smaller.

Omg no... It can't get canceled mid-season! I wanna watch the rest... ABC, let season 4 end before you cancel Ugly Betty... please...

i hope the episodes get better. i'd like it to last 1 or 2 more seasons after this one. but if ABC cancel this before it has even finished, i will be pissed off and send a complaint to ABC on their website.

They can't delete it midseason, 22 episodes have been already ordered; whatever happens, we'll have season 4 complete.
